Return and Refund Policy
Customers may return new, unopened items purchased from Complete Items2 Gear within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Complete Items2 Gear will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Complete Items2 Gear will supply the customer with a return authorization form for return package. Returns will not be processed without this form.
The customer should receive the refund within four weeks of shipping the return package to Complete Items2 Gear; however, in most cases the refund should be received more quickly.
If the return is due to any reason other than an error on the part of Complete Items2 Gear, the customer will incur the return shipping charge, as well as a restocking fee of 15%. We cannot accept return goods that have been soiled in any way or contain stickers, tags or markings. Any return of merchandise not ours will be returned freight collect.
